Criteria for our price match

  • The product on our competitor’s site has to be identical to one we sell
  • The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for despatch within 48 hours 
  • The product is in stock with us 
  • We are able to verify the offer

How to claim

Please give us a call on 0845 601 1056 if you think you may have found a cheaper price from one of our competitors and it meets qualifying criteria. Be prepared to have the following information to hand:

  • The product name, code and price of the item
  • The address of the website offering a better price (this can't be a price comparison website)

Assuming we can confirm that a competitor is offering the same product cheaper we will match that price (please note we price-match the price of the product excluding delivery).

Please note that this offer is not transferable and you must purchase the product the same day that we offer to match a competitor’s price.
